Besiktas have agreed a €20million (£17m) fee with Arsenal for Leandro Trossard, talkSPORT understands.
Trossard, who is away on World Cup duty with Belgium, has just one year remaining on his contract with the Gunners.
The 31-year-old played a key role in Arsenal’s Premier League-winning season as he made 50 appearances across all competitions, scoring eight goals and contributing 11 assists.
However, only 21 of his 50 appearances were starts.
Over the course of his Arsenal career, which began in January 2023 following a £27m switch from Brighton, Trossard has registered 36 goals and 34 assists in 174 games.

However, Rogers is not expected to come cheap, with reports claiming Villa could demand as much as £130m for the England international.
Trossard’s mooted exit signifies Arsenal’s desire to refresh their squad as they look to successfully defend their Premier League title.
Reacting to the news of Trossard’s reported exit, talkSPORT commentator Ian Danter felt it may be a sign Arteta is ready to be ‘ruthless’ about adding to his team from a position of strength.
Trossard exit is ‘quite a sign’
“I suppose him and (Gabriel) Martinelli have been in a scrap for that left-sided position in that front four of Arsenal for some time,” Danter said on talkSPORT’s World Cup GameDay.
“He’s over 30, so there’s that thing about a last move, a last contract. Maybe that makes sense from Leandro’s point of view, getting one last big pay day for a potential move.
“It’s fairly ruthless from Arteta if he’s happy to let him go, but that’s what you do. You don’t stay ahead as title winners by standing still.
“We saw what happened with Liverpool. They didn’t invest in the way they wanted.
“Maybe Arteta’s thinking, ‘Right, if we’re going to maintain what we’ve got and kick on and maybe try and win a Champions League, I’ve got to be ruthless about who I keep and who I let go.’
“So if Trossard’s been let go, that’s quite a sign from me.”
