F1 British Grand Prix betting angle

Lando Norris won last year’s British Grand Prix on his way to landing his first ever F1 World Drivers’ Championship.

His McLaren team-mate finished just behind in second-place. But fast forward 12 months and the Papaya aren’t partying right now.

Championship leader Kimi Antonelli is 6/4 favourite to put his Mercedes on pole and equally 6/4 to win Sunday’s Grand Prix outright.

But with the young Italian having gone two races without victory. His British team-mate George Russell will be champing at bit to claim his maiden victory at Silverstone and kick-start his Championship push having won in Austria last time out.

That’s both McLaren and Mercedes covered off. But what about Ferrari. The Prancing Horse can’t seem to have both their Drivers’ fighting for race wins at the same time. Last season was a hard luck story for Lewis Hamilton, this time Charles Leclerc can’t get going.

Hamilton though is showing his class once again, winning his first Grand Prix in the historic red colours in Barcelona and is just 9/2 to win his 10th British Grand Prix this weekend.

Red Bull have been competitive but not quite where they once were, when four-time champ Max Verstappen was at the top of the sport. Still a proven winner, the Dutchman is 11/2 to paint the town ‘Oranje’ in victory.

With just 25 points separating both Mercedes in the Drivers’ title race and Hamilton already hitting over a tonnes of points, already only 31 points behind his final tally in 2025 – this is a blockbuster not to be missed on Sunday!
