NBC News projects incumbent Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass will advance to a November runoff election, with challengers Spencer Pratt and Nithya Raman competing for the other spot. NBC Los Angeles’ Alex Rozier reports from Bass’ campaign headquarters where she spoke ahead of the call.
