After several days of renewed strikes on both sides, the United States and Iran are closing in on a preliminary agreement that extends the ceasefire for 60 days, begins negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program and opens the Strait of Hormuz. NBC’s Richard Engel reports for TODAY.
