As cases continue to rise, a blood test has been added to the list of the American Cancer Society’s recommended screenings for colorectal cancer. It’s not meant to replace colonoscopies, but could help catch cancers when people might not get screened otherwise. NBC News’ Erika Edwards reports on how effective the blood test is.
