Brighton vs Manchester United (Sun, 4PM)
Manchester Utd have consolidated third place and don’t have much to play for on the final day. Even if captain Bruno Fernandes is one assist away from breaking the all-time single season record.
Brighton sit in seventh place on 53 points going into this one. But just two points separate them with 10th placed Sunderland. It means if they are to secure a European place, then a win is vital to stave off the challengers below them.
The Seagulls have really come to the fore in 2026 and put together a run that has them challenging to get into European competition for only the second time in their history.
Could Danny Welbeck haunt his former club again? Brighton have something to play for, which could swing it their way.
Prediction: Brighton to win – 11/10
Liverpool vs Brentford (Sun, 4PM)
Brentford are still in the hunt for European football and are still in line to have their best ever Premier League finish.
Credit where credit’s due to Keith Andrews, who was tipped to take the club down at the start of the season.
But in spite of Liverpool’s on and off field challenges this season, one point will confirm their Champions League spot for the 2026/27 campaign.
If Slot can get the setup right and incorporate Mohamed Salah in his Anfield send off, we could see a winning end of the season for the Reds.
Prediction: Liverpool to win – 3/4
Nottingham Forest vs Bournemouth (Sun, 4PM)
When it’s all said and done Forest’s topsy turvy season has ended in Premier League survival.
Four manager’s down, but they ensured their top flight status at the beginning of the month.
Bournemouth’s draw with Man City ensured they will at the very least play Europa League football next season. But there’s an outside chance of Champions League qualification if results fall into place.
They were impressive against City and will rue some missed chances to really put the game to bed.
If they play with that same intensity at the City Ground, the quality of Kroupi Jr, Rayan and Evanilson may be the telling factor.
Prediction: Bournemouth to win – 21/20
West Ham vs Leeds (Sun, 4PM)
The Hammers have lost their last three on the bounce that leaves them on the cusp of relegation. But relegation rivals Spurs left the door ajar having lost to Chelsea on Tuesday night.
West Ham have had an uptick in home form since the turn of the year, having only lost once in the league at the London Stadium in 2026.
They won’t want to bow out with a whimper in from of their home faithful and keep their rivals Spurs honest until the last kick of the season.
Prediction: West Ham to win – 4/5
