Each payment is premised on Rodgers participating in 75 percent of the team’s regular-season snaps.
But if he falls short of that threshold, he won’t be eligible for any of the incentive payments.
In 2025, the four-time MVP had a snap count percentage of 89.04, according to Pro Football Reference.
Last year, Pittsburgh suffered playoff heartbreak at the hands of the Houston Texans in the wild-card round.

“I love Mike T. I really appreciate the opportunity to come in last year and love my experience with him,” the veteran quarterback told reporters Wednesday.
“I thought when he said he was stepping away, that was an emotional moment just because we all love him so much and care about him. I thought that was probably it for me in Pittsburgh.
“But when the decision was made to hire Mike (McCarthy), I started to open my mind back up to coming back.”
Whatever happens in 2026, Rodgers will retire a first-ballot Hall of Famer.
