Golfers including Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffer will have to walk straight past it as they prepare to putt on the holes either side of the turn.
Aronimink was established in 1896 in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania and was designed by Donald Ross.
It underwent renovation works in 2003 and again in 2018 but the white house has always been kept at the heart of the course.
Newtown Square was known for its agriculture and farming was the main source of livelihood in the area.
So, keeping the farmhouse as part of the course keeps that long history intact.
And that’s something that head professional Jeff Kiddie loves.
“The white farmhouse is one of Aronimink’s signature landmarks,” Kiddie told talkSPORT.com.
“It sits near the 7th and 11th holes and reflects the property’s agricultural roots.
“It has become part of the visual identity of the course, especially for players, spectators and photographers in that part of the property.
“During the Championship, it should be one of those details that helps viewers recognise Aronimink.
“It gives the course character you can’t manufacture.”
The 2026 PGA Championship will be taking place from Thursday, May 14 through to Sunday, May 17.
